Create and launch a new digital service from scratch, combining a human-centered design approach with a lean go-to-market strategy.
The role
Planned and executed evaluative and generative research
Led a multidisciplinary team (Product manager, developers and marketing -internal and agencies-) through concept creation, testing and iteration of the new offering
Created low-fi and high-fi prototypes to test and iterate the new offering
Define the tools and processes between design and development teams
Created the UX, UI and visual design of the different touchpoints with the user: app & website
Created all the components of the brand: tone of voice, brand identity and style guidelines.
Created and implemented a coherent digital strategy through the app & website
