The challenge
Create and launch a new digital service from scratch, combining a human-centered design approach with a lean go-to-market strategy and later integration of the venture with the app of Banco Sabadell.
The role
Planned and executed evaluative and generative research (qualitative and quantitative)
Led a multidisciplinary team (Product owner, developers and marketing -internal and agencies-) through concept creation, AB testing and iteration of the new offering
Created low-fi and high-fi prototypes to test and iterate the new product
Define the tools and processes between design and development teams
Created the UX, UI and visual design of the different touchpoints with the user: app, website, communications and social networks Created all the components of the brand: tone of voice, positioning statement, brand identity and style guidelines.
Ensured the Design System was followed by teams and other internal stakeholders (communication, illustrator, customer success, markets teams) and external agencies
Created and implemented a coherent digital strategy through the app, website and social networks
